Rice Emergency Room, formerly EliteCare ER is celebrating our Grand Opening. While our name may be new, the high quality doctors, nurses and staff, and full-service ER facility  you’ve come to know over the last 12 years is continuing the high standard of patient care you expect. 

We are conveniently located in the Rice Village Shopping Center easily  accessible to our West U. neighbors, Rice University students and faculty and surrounding neighborhoods.
